This isn’t just some 4×10’s generic training program. In this collaboration between Head Coaches Alice and Sean, each exercise in every workout has a very specific purpose and goal of getting you not just STRONG, but also building solid beef on your bones too, aka, building muscle. 

 

Each session, expect a sequence of activation/mobilisation to get the body prepared specifically for that workout and for a happy body in general. Followed by some big compound lifts and isolated lifts, combined with education to grow the areas of the body most men want to focus on- the chest, shoulders, back, arms and legs…..and don’t forget the calves too!!

 

THE PLAN:

  • Up to a 5x day training split
  • Mobility day
  • Exercise videos for all lifts
  • App access to track workouts and all your quantitative data and progress

FINER DETAILS:

  • Program runs for 12 weeks (3 x 4 week training blocks)
  • Access to the program for 16 weeks
  • Suited for gym based training or someone with a good home gym. Very few specific machines are used, so it’s mainly barbell, DB and cable oriented as far as equipment goes
