This isn’t just some 4×10’s generic training program. In this collaboration between Head Coaches Alice and Sean, each exercise in every workout has a very specific purpose and goal of getting you not just STRONG, but also building solid beef on your bones too, aka, building muscle.Â
Each session, expect a sequence of activation/mobilisation to get the body prepared specifically for that workout and for a happy body in general. Followed by some big compound lifts and isolated lifts, combined with education to grow the areas of the body most men want to focus on- the chest, shoulders, back, arms and legs…..and don’t forget the calves too!!
