This is your initial 6 weeks post birth, which focuses on mobility dynamic and passive as well as core rehabilitation and pelvic floor focus. This program can be completed at home and does not require a gym. You will require some resistance bands short and long.
This is NOT an intensive exercise program, it is a recovery program post-birth. If you had complications with your delivery and have been advised of more formal bed rest please wait until medically advised to begin.
